ESO Plus 10% exp not working PS4 (details why below)

Here is why.
My friend and I who came from PC who know the game well play together every weekend, we do EVERY single quest together and wait for the other to finish before progressing. We also 100% clear all content in each zone, he has ESO plus and I do not however our levels are exactly the same. We just hit level 42 together.........so there is no 10% bonus exp there.
Also, I cant confirm but I do not think the rings are working either as we play with 12 guys and some of them use rings. They are nearly right on track with us and they run in groups of 2 while questing as well.

Bootsy199Soul ShrivenIt's not working for me either. Crown experience scrolls aren't working, nor is the 10% eso plus boost. Started for me yesterday and I sent two tickets. Obviously no response. Lol0
