Werewolves have a poison weakness and there's new powerful poisons and poison skills...seems like a fair balance.
Obviously a typo and probably means to say "While in WereWolf form, weapon abilities deal an additional 13k physical damage".
Not counting light and heavy attacks.
Which is yes, insanely OP.
Which would equate to 6,500 additional physical damage in PVP.
A normal 10k physical hit is now 16,500.
That's a 65% power boost. That's pretty damn OP.
