That is a minor passive, who give little benefit and no bonus while in combat.
Do you prefer the 50% damage reduced in lava ? Or the 15 more minutes added to drink, mmh ?
You get a mini boost who suit with the lore, and you aren't happy. I don't understand how you can cry about a micro boost when you don't need any.

the 15 minute boost to a drink may actually be one of the better ones, that means Psijic ambrosa lasts 15 minutes longer.

It fits the lore, because Altmer are the most intelligent race and fastest at learning.
However, Bretons definately got the cake once again. 1% more Alliance Points is the best in my opinion.
I really love that they renamed this passive to "Highborn" It is one of my favorite english words.

While we are at lore... give Almer 2% more Magicka or take 2% from Breton, because Altmer have more Magicka than other races.

I have bolded "the lore" @RoyJade said this stuff was done to suit Lore. but traditionally it WAS khajit who had reduced fall damage. in Morrowind they had +15 to acrobatics which was a skill thatopposed to the wood elf who only had +5 to acrobatics
