ESO plus unavailable

What is wrong with the ESO plus? I dont have access to the dlcs 5 days ago, and my suscripcion renovation was 3 days ago, microsoft alredy charge it. I already contact support but they said and cuote "we have no further troubleshooting to offer for your issue" and must find help.Im still without the access to dlc and no crowns either.

    Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue. The reason I unsubbed (after being a faithful subscriber since PC early access) is the unreliability of ESO+ on XB. Between missing monthly Crowns and periodic loss of in-game benefits and access to DLC, I just had enough.

    Which support did you contact? Microsoft support or ZOS support? If Microsoft, then I don't think there is really anything they can do on their end. Although, someone on another thread mentioned having MS cancel their sub and then re-subbing over the phone. Basically, cancelling the payment and then charging your card again, which I guess would update ZOS' servers?

    If you haven't contacted ZOS support, you should go to the support forum and submit a ticket. At the very least, it's record of yet another player being affected by this issue.

    This happened to me over the weekend. Do a chat session with Microsoft Support and explain your issue, they will resolve your issue. See the post below on starting a chat session .....

    Well, I have a chat with microsoft because zenimax can help me in 6 day. In fact, they send me to made a post. In the end the eliminate the suscripcion and make a refound. Thanks for the tips.
