Is the current maintenance for console going to address the slow loading of textures, NPCs/Players and the random loading screens? because a 4+ hour long maintenance has to do something, right? I don't really know what goes on when they do a maintenance, but I assume that it's not to fix anything, or am I wrong?

You're getting random loading screens too? In cities I can get to like 4-6 at a time. This has been ongoing for me since IC DLC was launched
Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.1 -

Yes but it weren't this bad until the Dark Brotherhood DLC. It's happening everywhere and it has been acknowledged as a problem which is being addressed, I just wonder when...

I live in the UK. There is always one, every time there is maintenance, who doesn't seem to understand that not all jobs are 9-5 Monday to Friday, that there are things called "shift work", "holiday/leave", "retirement", or "time zones".

It's only the EU servers that are down atm, so I don't know why any American would be on this thread saying "get a job" anyway - just an opportunity to be judgemental and have a jab if you ask me, some people just seem to enjoy being holier than thou about how people spend their free time when it is actually none of their business. Don't get me started on Brexit
