Higher Tier Writs, Better Items?

I know for provisioning writs, the higher tier the writ is - the better chance to get the Psijic fragment. My question is: do the other skill crafting writs produce better rewards with a higher tier? Would it be worth getting alts to 50 crafting and able to access Craglorn to do the harder writs for better rewards?

✭✭✭✭✭I get Gold Tempers often on my Top Tier Writs. It has been so long since I have done any Mid or Low level writs, that I can't say what the drop rate on those are. I honestly don't remember getting much if any when I was doing Iron, Steel or Orcalithim (sp?)
However that character also had no passives for Tempers or Extraction or anything else other than material level. So, it would be interesting to know if those passives have any influence on the Temper drop rate from Writs. Characters doing top level writs do have all the passives.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
