You can go with a low level character to any of the Tier 5 zones and get infected with vampirism and lycanthropy if you can find a spawn.

Can you list these zone's ? Also with vampirism do you have to complete a quest?

Proper grammar and punctuation are a means to effective communication. When you don't even come close to using correct grammar and punctuation it is extremely difficult (if not impossible) for people to understand you. The diffference between you and a foreigner is that you are just lazy (by your own admission). A foreigner at least has the excuse of being .... well .... a foreigner. Do yourself a favor; when it comes to communication, at lest try to use correct sentence structure and punctuation. That will go a long way to people better understanding you, and not criticizing you for being lazy.

Pretty simple reason - it would no longer be something special to be in the dark brotherhood, if everyone would get the same sacred power - it is the power of a divine being, given to the members of the dark brotherhood - not something for everyone. It is something you can just get, if you join the guild - and have access to the DLC - which limits the amount of people as well, who can do it - so it stays something special.

We don't have body language, facial expressions, gestures or other non-verbal means of expressing ourselves. Due to this restriction, our minds fill in the blanks based on our impression of how a post reads or sounds in our mind.

When I see a post like the OP my mind conjures the image a scraggly, shifty-eyed man in an oversized adult diaper having an argument with a bottle of Pepsi. I sincerely doubt this is the impression the OP wanted to impart, but it's what I'm left with. Grammar matters kids.

yeah pretty much what I have in mind when I read something like this - under-educated, lazy, probably no job, because he is unable to communicate with others effectively - next what comes to mind with it is, probably a kid, due to lack of social skills. selfishly going after his own laziness, without any feeling for that he makes it harder for all, who might want to help him. This is not an adult behavior at all. - So this is, how this looks to me, OP - just that you get an impression - no pun intended though.

I like how people like to assume I have no job an lack social skill's I work for NSA national security, An I know that's what I've displayed can be perceived as what you listed but i'm none of that, as for social skill's that can always be improved which I can agree on that, but the assuming an bashing is rather unsanitary an un-adult like which seems rather hypocritical an before you go back claiming I said i'm "lazy" what human being isn't?
