Is there a central resource for info on different Guilds

Is there a decent informative resource on the different Guilds in ESO, their membership requirements, membership numbers and similar info?

I ask as being relatively new to MMOs & the idea of Guilds, and it confuses the hell out of me. I have joined a couple but no-one ever seemed to be online at the same time & there did not seem to be that much communication. And I have apparently been dropped by one without any reason given.

I have also been invited to join a couple of guilds randomly in game - but how do you find out about the guild before you accept?

Yes I have read through the posts on the forum but that does not cover all guilds nor give that much info.

On PS4 / EU - which I know makes a difference. Any help welcomed.

Only place to really check is the guild recruitment sections down the bottom of the main page.

Thanks but I have looked through them and some guilds not mentioned.

It's just that with advice about trials / endgame stuff etc the response is normally to speak to your guildmates. Which isn't all that helpful if you don't have a guild. ....
