Dark Brotherhood - Assassination mission objectives

Hi, I want to clarify two things regarding daily Dark Brotherhood assassination mission objectives
1. Alerting the guards - do i have to run 0/5 on this objective, in order to get flawless score? I am asking because attacking the mission target with light attacks (more on this later) will set this 1/5 (although I am not 100% sure on this)
2. Kill your target with poison. Well, I understand poison is a brand new DB patch mechanic, but bashing you target with you light attacks, hoping poison will proc and more importantly LAND A KILLING BLOW? Come on, really? Don't you think it looks more like a duel, not an assassination attempt?

Poison weapon enchantment seems to work. Instakill with resto staff, not so much...

1. 0/5 will grant you an achievement, but you don't alert the guards until you are spotted for the 5th time, so even a 4/5 will give the highest possible reward.
2. Using the blade of woe with a poison equipped does the job.

Pretty sure I have the perfect achievement on a run with 3 or 4/5... just need to not put them on full alert(5/5).

For killing with poison you can still use Blade of Woe as long as the weapon bar you are using has poison slotted.
