Patch 2.4.7Vampire - Dark Stalker: Fixed an issue where this passive ability was reducing the Movement Speed penalty of Crouch by 50% instead of 100%. This ability’s tooltip has also been updated to better describe its bonuses.
Consoles players have not received this bug fix yet.
It really does ruin the whole stealth element of the game for vampire players like myself. I'm used to running around pretty quickly in stealth until the DB patch arrived. Sadly us console players need to wait longer then pc does for the fixes.

Before db you could run and hide from enemies very quickly, now its useless people are using rapid for speed buff in stealth.its not worth the 75% reduced health recovery.WOOD ELF MASTER RACE.0 -
