Yeah, this was one of the bad things about playing on console. I was happy with a lot of the changes that they did to the UI for consoles, but without mods there's no recourse when something vital like this isn't included. There are a lot of things that should really be in the game itself instead of as separate addons. Even if optional, things like this should be in the game.
When the game came out they said they kept the UI light for immersion. Now there are trials and everyone is animation glitching their characters to keep up... I think it's time to provide function where needed and let things be toggled off for immersion.

I wish zos gives ingame possibilities of those addons for console players; it makes life so much easier. I wish i would have had those addons when starting with the game it would have made me understand the games mechanics much faster

If you have a buff indicator to tell you when to buff then that eliminates another skillful aspect of combat. Just learn to pay attention rather than asking ZOS to dumb down combat.

a) they are not always visible lol
b) when stacked in trial situations you cannot even see your character sometimes
c) some buffs have extremely similar visible clues, ie minor force, spc, scathing mage and kena proc all look pretty similar
d) for dots if multiple of the same characters put the same dots on the same add/boss it's impossible use the visible clues

Console has been out for 13 months. People have completed all of the content without them. Therefore they are not needed.

You are using the wrong measuring stick. Completing all the content is not the ultimate test of whether a feature should be implemented or not.
The correct measuring stick is whether it improves the experience or not.
