One of the primary issues with Shuffle that I see is its interaction with DoT mechanics. When a DoT is applied to a target that damage should be unavoidable, certainly something you could heal through or apply and absorb to, but not dodgeable. Currently Shuffle allows you to dodge the actual DoT ticks themselves and this makes Shuffle/dodgeroll spammers all that much more harder to kill. It appears to have a higher chance of dodging as well as I have noticed I usually dodge several DoT ticks in a row not just one, here is a video to illustrate, I was hit with Venomous Claw right before killing a guy then I dodge 3 DoT ticks successively as I run back.
