High elf for Stam sorc?

I tried Stam sorc with my high elf a few patches ago but it never fully worked due to lack of stamina sustain.
I'm thinking about doing it again after this patch but would it work with high elf or is it just the wrong race?

✭✭It's definitely the wrong race, but as long as you're maxed out on gear and CPs, it shouldn't be TOO bad. I remember trying out a stam sorc on my dark elf when IC dropped. It was a disaster lol0 -

Lord_Wrath✭✭✭✭✭The most important aspect is how you play, you could have a mediocre build and whoop people. ✭You should be able to use ANY race with any build and be effective, the fact builds require specific races is ***. I hope they remove the racial passives or make them all some sort of Res buff, damage buff, and pool buff or something along those lines. Make them equal but keep the lore to it.Master Debater0 -

✭✭✭✭Pretty much my struggle on my khajiit when she's a magicka sorc. If you really don't want to change race, try getting proper mundus stones, CP usage, gear, and food. You can pretty much make up for the lack of good racial passives with those."Buzz Lightyear toy isle shot" Stormcalling/Animal Companions/Assassination PVP build hater

✭✭✭✭✭Redguard gives you +29% stamina recovery and a +20% to max stamina with Bound Armaments.
Bosmer gives you a whopping +41% stamina recovery.
Khajiit gives you a boastful +40% health recovery and 30% stamina recovery and a little extra crit.
If you need more, you can always add werewolf for an additional +15% stamina recovery.0 -

dark deal does great with stam regen, how does orc play out?0 -
Reevster✭✭✭✭✭Nothing wrong with a High Elf stam sorc, your a bit lite on total stam and a bit of regen but not really that bad.
People are forgetting the + 4 percent damage bonus to "shock" , shock rocks on a sorc.
But really passives wont make you a better player, if you suck your still going to suck no matter what race passives you have.0 -
Reevster✭✭✭✭✭My High Elf sorc and My Imp DK with the same exact gear on, I dont have dawnbreaker on my DK yet so Weapon damage is a bit lower then my sorc with DB at the moment. Unbuffed cept for heath and stam blue food.
I bumped up Crit resist and spell resist on my DK in CPs as well.

Sorcs have Dark deal, you turn magic into heath and stam. Once you get use to using it you wont be able to play another stam class lol....just kidding... but it does work quite well.
I run 5 piece Jullanos Hundings 4 med armor (Purple) with impenetrable and 2 hd sword (Gold) and bow (Gold) . to make the 5 set.
2 piece Leki's med (Purple) with impen ( 2 piece give weapon damage)
I shoulder Molag Kena heavy (Gold), ( one peice give weapon damage)
2 agility rings (heath) with weapon damage glyphs
1 agility neck ( stam) with weapon damage glyph
You could put weapon damage enchants on your weapons for some increase in weapon damage when they proc, but I like Shock enchants
May put on weapon damage enchant on the 2 hd but I just love "shocking" a low health enemy with my bow lol.Edited by Reevster on June 26, 2016 6:52PM0 -
