Well it's your choice. Sub and enjoy the new content or don't sub and get over it.
5) If you don't like the style of your armour, recraft it

Appearance/Race/Name change won't be used since I'm not some min-maxer that wants to change race when racials are changed, nor am I unhappy with my current characters. He Ra, Aetherian Archive and Dragonstar may as well not exist, I've only seen one group looking to do Archive since I started playing ESO: as far as I knew these were max-level content, but apparently(?) they were VR14 still (CP140 now) or something. Given how few groups I see running even Normal Sanctum (which IS max level), little has changed here as well. Text Chat for consoles, lol, well congrats for consoles. Some basic PC features like being able to text search a guild trader would be nice too. New hairstyles and jewellery are nice but if I was going to drop cash I'd do so on something more useful ingame than cosmetic hair (and I don't even play in first person anymore, so I'd actually see it too). Cyrodiil Town Capture just makes the rather unrewarding Town PvE quests even more difficult to do, especially when you're trying to do so across the map from your faction's point of control.
Dyeable costumes though, that would've been amazing: I have a bunch of costumes, and most of the costumes I don't like (IE a lot of the crown store ones) I don't like moreso due to colouration than due to design. Being able to dye them and make them unique, instead of trying to craft/recraft the limited armor options into something I don't hate would've been amazing Quality of Life change for me personally. But nope, seems that's behind the subscriber wall or some very specific Crown Store colour stamps. All my unlocked dyes may as well not exist since I can't dye costumes, and I don't show my armour since it's quite ugly in my view.
It's a shame, personally there's nothing to look forward to anymore with Update 11: moreso it'll be dreaded, especially since I'll be losing twice as many Undaunted oppotunities once it goes live. Bring on the cheapskate "how dare you only pay for the full price of the game and not drop more, shame shame!" comments.
tbh tho, i found it weird people that complaining "we want personlize costum" etc etc, like....seriously, theres thousands of people using the same exact costume like yours, and the only differences is the color and you say that the costume is personalize?
get real.....you want a personlize look?, use armor, you can scramble around from top to bottom, not like premade costume crap that used by thousands of people, you can even dye it for more personlize look
i'm not attacking OP tho, its just a thing that i need to get out on this topic, because you bring up "unique" on dyed costume, so it seems this is appropriate thread to post it
Ok.
Great story though.
Here you go; free attention.

+1 this. For the price of a monthly sub, I could go to the movies twice--but a movie would be, at most, around three hours of entertainment. I play a LOT more than six hours in a month.
My only real complaint is that the sub-vs-not-sub is going to schism the player base if they take it too far.

Keep in mind the majority of devs are working on 'One Tamriel' which in itself also includes very little for existing and long-term players... unless we know of new players and want to join them in older zones. Basically we're going through exactly what beta and launch PC players went through... a very long time with little to no new content... while they work on older stuff. It's sad really that ESO has to continually 'reinvent itself' over and over again just to attract new players. They keep touting "7 Million" as if it's something to be proud of, when those who've played other MMOs know that 7M is actually NOTHING especially for a world-wide online game. So right now they're scrambling to find sources of revenue on top of making existing players wait for who knows how long before we can start receiving actual 'new' content again. Sorry but two dungeons is not CONTENT to me, especially since I'm a solo player who only does solo questing. Sure the last couple of updates have been solo-oriented, but we are also the majority player in the game... and this whole 'small content DLC' is occurring because of their lack of developer resources as they have been shifted towards 'One Tamriel'... but they will never tell us this. As I've mentioned before, coincidence that a day or two after announcing 'One Tamriel' at E3 Matt Firor talks about this whole 'small content' decision... yeah, there is no such thing as a coincidence.
