By ZOS' logic, if impen isn't in Undaunted chests, then Infernal shouldn't be in the vendor.

They removed impen from the Undaunted chest and dungeon loot tables because impen isn't preferred by PvEers.
Well, a lot of Undaunted sets aren't preferred by PvPers.
See the inconsistency?
Either the Undaunted sets need to be buffed for PvP use, or impen needs to be put back in the loot tables. The only other logically consistent option would be to take some sets out of the vendor altogether, which would limit build diversity even more than it already is.

Yea. I'd love to see the sets buffed and used honestly, but I also want impen back in the chest and dungeon loot tables. Some of the sets just need slightly higher proc chances, and they'd be good.0 -

Idk about max magicka, but buffing the Daedroth is needed. It would be nice to get max magicka and run 1 Kena + 1 giant dinosaur face on my mageblade, though.
Also I think the proc chance should come up.
Bogdan would already be good if its proc chance was higher.
Nerien'eth could stand to have a bit larger AOE or detonate a bit sooner.

As long as you can only have one out at a time, I don't think it'd be an issue. I'm of the opinion that the daedroth should have ~7s or so, a good little window, between one dying and another spawning, so whatever proc chance that would equate to. It's so hard to get one to spawn right now.
And I didn't know that the daedroth scales with max magicka... That kind of makes MotI a magicka set, which is disappointing. I think that it should scale with your highest stat -- and same with sorc pets too. Stamina pet sorcs using the Hunt set would be cool.0 -

Yes. The Undaunted system is deeply flawed right now, so dammit I'm going to keep bringing it up. Why are people these days so offended by vocalizing issues and trying to get them changed? Impen gear is now only available via the Undaunted vendor, which only provides a single piece of gear per week. This is vastly inferior access to impen gear than we had before the vendor even existed.
Now you may not care about impen, but the vast majority of PvPers do.
This thread has also begun discussing individual Undaunted set balance, which the last did not address since you derailed it.

I'm just going to assume the person in charge of these sort of decisions is operating as some rogue coding agent inside the company and doesn't run any of these decisions past anyone else who would probably pull out a frozen trout and slap them a little bit til they just stop.1 -

As much as I'd like to see that, I'm all for non-BiS traits being represented in the tables.
I think it's perfectly reasonable to have all traits represented in the Undaunted chests and helm drops -- just not all traits except impenetrable when a large portion of the playerbase needs impen.1 -

✭@KenaPKK I was thinking about something they could do to fix this for everyone have PVE Dungeons drop set added to the vendor and you can buy the piece in Impen for 100k AP.What everyone opinion on this?I think it could be a nice medium for everyone.
