My werewolf looks insanely cool and also works in PvP!

I just turned my character into a werewolf for a first time. I was vamp but dark stalker was the only reason and it doesnt work atm. I am running 5 piece morkuldin and 2piece bloodspawn. And what could look better than a werewolf with stoneshell and shining golden sword? After I grinded my WW to 10 i went to cyrodiil. I must say that the build really is good. As ww form i do lot of light attacks so morkuldin sword is with me almost whole time. And bloodspawn is for getting ultimate fast but the stoneshell is also useful in WW form. I was just getting into it but then game crashed and I left. I still havent got those morphs for my abilities and ive heard that the howlskill that does extra damage to feared targets is really good so im looking into it. But if you are werewolf I highly recommend to try using 5morkuldin and 2bloodspawn.

I would totally try this if my only WW char wasn't a dedicated crafter only.

Well maybe someday you still will give a try, maybe with new character

I had a vision of this kind WW build already few months ago but my character became vampire week after console launch so it had too much emotional value... But now dark stalker was broken so I tought that it was a good time to let go of vampirism and try something new. And so far no regrets

Good suggestion. Where can I find briarheart pieces?

You can also find briarheart pieces in wrothgar chests IIRC.... That necklace eludes me to this day.

Is Briarheart the conventional set for Werewolves? I've always wanted to try a werewolf build, but usually I only find stamina builds that also happen to be werewolves.

Does it matter what level the mobs are, or is it just any old mob

I thought this was about the appearance change to the werewolf berserker morph...it's now black fur with red eyes.

The ultimate itself levels just by having it slotted but the only way to raise the werewolf skill from 1-10 is to kill things in beast form.

I found out Briarheart is great on a WW due to Light attacks bleeding, the last ability hitting multiple targets for another dot, assuring a Briarheart proc at some time for sure.

Using caltrops, then going WW is a good idea too.
Or for a Stam Sorc, using hurricane before transforming.

    A little help from me:

When you enter Grahtwood by Ship, you will be next to the Torugs Pact Craft Station. Keep going along the Beach there and you will find LOTS of Mudcrabs. Kill those, you will level your WW very fast.

The problem is that you can only beast for around 30 seconds every 300 ultimate so this isn't the best way to level when you have no passives.

The best way imo is to stay in the Hunting Grounds. After you finish the quest, you revert back to your normal self and you're officially a werewolf...don't leave through the portal, transform back into the wolf. In the Hunting Grounds your werewolf form never times out so you can just run around killing the respawning mobs until you've maxed the skill line.

Well, if you already left, theres no better Place. Ans its really not much Slower, you just go WW once, reach a high Enough WW Rank for Feed, After that you will nonstop be in WW Form when feeding, being Rank 10 in a out 30min.

I did it this way on one of my characters and it works fine except you still lose WW form when you reach a new skill level or morph. You can level the skill line without levelling skills though and level skills after that by putting them on bar in human form once you reached max level 10.
