Here's a Minor Change

Well, maybe not really too minor, but, given the scope of other changes, pretty minor:

Change the Night blade ability 'Summon Shade' so that it is a toggle. Give it the Daedric Summoning treatment. ZOS is obviously not adding Necromancer anytime soon, so, why not adapt the NB class to allow the 'kind of Necro' type feeling? I know I'd much rather it be more of a pet, anyone else?

It would be fun to punish NBs atm for being very strong, but I'd rather they get rid of the toggles on Sorcerer pets and make them more powerful (viable) instead.

I agree, buffs>nerfs. But, every time I research a class, I find invariably, people whining about two things: how op that class is (by people not playing it), and how op some other class (or classes) is (by those playing the class I am researching) Lol... Basically, at any given point, there are a bunch of people complaining that Templars, NBs, Words, and DKs, are all too op, and need balanced. So, no, I give no credibility to 'X class is too op' type comments, because I've seen all of them complained about... We need balancing, yes, but, no class is truly so op that the comment can be made.

And, no, I disagree with losing toggle abilities. The game is seriously heading in a very bad direction making every single ability ADHD-laced button mashing. Honestly, what is wrong with a toggle ability? It takes up a slot on both bars. It should be appropriately powered for that. We don't need every ability something needing activated every 5-20 seconds, especially since lag and other issues can easily screw that up big time! Having some abilities be constant helps cut down on arbitrary chance from stuff like that, as well as help cut down on the lag itself (less information being constantly pinged will reduce lag, more, and the game is basically giving itself a DDoS attack!)

So, no, we need toggle abilities, what we don't need is more button mashing, we've got plenty already. While at it, revert the DK inferno and the mage light... Wanna complain about NBs being op? Tell ZOS to stop making them that way, mage light was a great way to keep them from sneaking with no danger of being caught, but, now, it's worthless, and NBs get to sneak around freely in PvP. Or, did you mean something else?
