They talked about it in today's ESO Live.Ex_Draconis wrote: »ShedsHisTail wrote: »whats the new cp max?
They said it will be announced next week... along with all the notes regarding everything else that's coming, including pricing, when it will be released, etc. It will be hitting PTS also next week so I'm guessing a lot of the information will be in the patch notes. Just an FYI... the new 'dungeon packs' are exactly that... two dungeons you access from Shadowfen, they do not include ANY new areas.
I remember them mentioning the rebalanced racials... I don't recall hearing anything about CP cap.
I also heard them mention rebalancing racial passives but DID NOT hear anything about raising the CP cap.

.... Oh wait this is the ESO forums where people go crazy and complain about changes they know nothing about, my bad.

Wait, they are rebalancing racials?
yeah, the patch notes will have what they're talking about.
Holy crap, this is the last hope. Please, for the love of Sithis, they better give Argonians and Nords something fair. It has been 2 years of going around and around about this. I will kneel down before Wrobel and lick his feet clean if he finally balanced the racial passives fairly.
But my luck with MMOs tells me that Argonians will still suck and I'll have to choke down that dirty race change. I'm actually kind of nervous about this now. This could be the greatest thing this game has seen since crafting bags or it could be a heart-breaking tale of how this gamer felt no choice but to abandon his egg-brethren.
The suspense is killing me.

not me, this update looks like candyland on christmas morning. Everything that's beem complained about and asked for is getting addressed it seems. So much lovings. All I did was bch about zos but I'm taking a hiatus from that!

My guess is a standardizing of the racial passives rather than anything being added or subtracted, but if they do that there's a very good chance that races like Altmer and Dunmer will lose their bonus damage.
Well, personally, I'm OK with removing damage bonuses... it's the stealth reduction, max attribute, attribute regen, that is most important to me in my builds. Although, it will be interesting to see if they change Imperial at all considering it was a PAID race.
I'd rather see them reduced rather than straight up lost, but I agree, regen and bonus stats are pretty important.
I'd love to see racials have morphs so we can custom tailor our characters a bit more for certain roles.

Hey guys, lets let people pay us real money to change races... and then we'll switch all the racials up. Mwahahahaha... *mustache twirl*
No, I am not an optimist.
I would like to see my option 2 under my idea that kind of speaks to what you are saying about morphs. Custom list you get to pick and choose from. That would put it more in line with the concept of how CP works as well.I'd love to see racials have morphs so we can custom tailor our characters a bit more for certain roles.

And no, this is not a joke.
