I've been gone for a while. Is vampirism any good, or should I get rid of it? My high elf templar, high elf sorc, and dark elf DK are all vampires.

✭✭Keep it, at least on the Templar. Using Mist (Elusive Mist) is one of few alternatives for Magicka Templars that adds some sort of escape and mobility.
And given how slow the Templar class is in just about everything they do, (they have now even destroyed Explosive/Toppling Charge to be some sort of slow motion version of the other gap closers), any mobility is badly needed, wherever it comes from.
The Vampire stages have been revamped. The stages last far longer, i.e. Stage one lasts for 3 hours and doesn't come with any negatives in regards to health regeneration or sensitivity to fire damage. However, each time you use a skill from the Vampire tree, it advances the stage with 30 minutes.
The advantage is that in PvP you could choose to stay in stage 4 for the 21% cost reduction to Vampire skills (i.e. Elusive Mist) and for Dungeons and other PvE you can choose to stay in stage 1 and not use Vampire skills, thus negating any downs of being a vampire.

✭Elusive mist is pretty good now so for magica build i recommend vampirism. Reason why I cured vampirism is that dark stalker doesnt work and I heard it wont be fixed for a while.0 -

✭Well they changed the tool tip on dark stalker to say "reduces stealth movement penalty by 50%". This will not be as fast as it was before. So not broken, just changed. Unless ESO came out and said it was broken.XBOX NA

Good for Stamina Nightblade, Good for Sorcerer. pretty crap for anything else but this is one guy's personal opinion it's still based on playstyle.0 -
