About the 20/6 update

Already taken up the issue with support but I wonder if any other players experienced following issues since the strange update 20/6. Had to reinstall the game for it to actually work. Since then the game has been very blurry (even with higher resolution setting applied), and is very laggy (same computersetup since before update, nothing new on my PC) but ingame ping and latency doesn´t show anything out of the ordinary. What did ZOS do with this update to be honest?? And while I´m at it, anyone who had/have this problem and might have a solution to it?

Make sure the game is using your graphics card, not the integrated CPU video(Intel HD xxx or something)... that's the only thing i can think of that would show the symptoms you described.

Not the brightest guy when it comes to computers but how do I check/fix this?
