    That could be cool, but everyone would complain about that as well. There would be countless threads complain about teleports and not being able to track their targets, blah,blah.

    The teleports would be the same distance you could dodge roll, and the time it takes to teleport and reappear would basically be as long as how long you roll. In other words Dodge Rolling with Magicka with a different animation.

    IF that teleport Magicka "Dodge" needs an ability, it will cost you a slot of your ability bar.
    That is a big disadvantage compared to the physical Dodge

    It wouldn't need a slot of your ability bar. You would have an Option (probably under Gameplay) letting you choose whether dodging consumes Magicka or Stamina.

    I think what we need is more balance in armor passives as right now the best passives are in the medium armor tree as you have 3 double passives there and tbh all of them are great. I think that heavy armor should have implemented break free or block cost reduction in passives. Light armor is quite good but when you look closer its like, why the hell medium armor have regen and skill cost reduction in one passive while we have them in separate passives, why our last passive requires as the onlyone 5 pieces of LA instead of calculating from each piece equiped? I think some tweaks are needed like combine magica regen and skill cost reduction in one passive and add fifth that e.g. allows to split costs of roll dodge between stamina and magica like each piece of LA transfers up to 2/4% cost of roll dodge or/and break free to magica so stamina would be still required, costs would be the same but it would make magica classes less vulnerable to insane stamina drain in pvp while still leaving a choice... Just my humble opinion :)
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    The balanced course of action would be:

    Implement a Physicka stat for damage determination of physical(current stamina based) skill

    Stamina would then be only for dodge...

    Give every race/class the same stamina number... maybe give boost to certain classes races for flair, but it is not needed.

    Absolutely not and I play mostly magika builds. It's to lazy doing it this way.

    Be glad the energy required to dodge roll and block isn't the same as needed for your dps.
    Dodge should actually be a short teleport slide for characters specced in magicka.

    Technically we are all species into magika. Stam builds still have some magika and skills they can use.

    This alone wouldn't balance out things between Stamina and Magicka builds. That's going to be a really hard fix for Zenimax to work out and I don't envy them at all.

    As long as one side has a separate(magicka uses stamina for cc break,dodge and block) pool to use for these things and the other has the ability to stack massive weapon damage, classes will not be balanced.

    I really don't see how they can do it without creating a new resource pool for CC Break, dodge roll, block, light and heavy attacks.

    Heavy armor had a block cost reduction passive. Bracing was removed in DB.
