I come from 10 year of playing World of Warcraft and the PvP experience in ESO cannot even scratch the surface of WOW's PvP quality. I have been playing this game since beta and I am willing to pay another 5 to 10 dollars a month if you spend those resources on fixing the lag in PvP. Thanks for your time.

I'm not defending a company out of the blue, I'm giving a valid response to his/her question that they asked, Which in fact has absolutely nothing in common in what you're babbling on about.
Some ppl...love attention.

And some people love white knighting.

Hopefully they can visit the forums and see on the most recent discussions how big this performance issue currently is, how ZOS is not focusing on improving it (I assume this based on the fact that it has only progressively gotten worse overtime). This way, ZOS may decide to focus on fixing it, rather than waiting for the upgraded versions of the consoles to arrive.
One thing to know is that this issue depends on your platform. Sure the performance sucks on all platforms, but on PS4 and Xbox One it is atrocious atm
I legitimately scared of walking in town or in the wild, because load screens pop up frequently.
To give you PC players just a single example, try walking from the Hollow City Wayshrine to the town's bank. On PS4, it takes 1-2 IN-TOWN full length loading screens, usually increasing to three if on a 60 speed horse with Rapid Maneuver, to reach the bank.
In Vet Maelstrom, if I die and respawn at wayshrine it will prompt ANOTHER full length load screen at the exact spot where Fa-Nuit-Hen stands during my run to the portal. FPS is between 10-15 here as well.

I don't think anyone should base there decision on what gets posted in these toxic forums. I'm completely the opposite I think first handily that you should try a game for yourself instead of letting others make a decision for you. What I think they should do is is follow in other MMO's footsteps and allow free access to a portion of the game to allow new players to experience before purchasing.
and please do not answer for everyone in regards to lag, I play on PS4-EU and have been doing so all week long without major issues. I think I crashed around 3 times when leaving the DB Sanctuary that was it.
