eso feels like a beta since db patch (ps4)

There seem to be lots of performance issues since the DB patch dropped on ps4:
- random loading screens in any game zone except cyro. I can't run from the wayshrine to the blacksmith station in rawl kha without a loading screen, and usually get 2 between the shrine and the dark brotherhood sanctuary.
- lag, especially when you zone in, unable to change weps for a few seconds etc
- laggy guild bank performance
- increased lag in dungeons
Generally performance in every map zone except cyro is terrible. Please fix this ASAP.
