I have read in a lot of threads that if one person on your team runs Night Mother's Gaze that increases the entire teams damage. The 5th trait says a critical attack reduces the targets "Physical Resistance" by 2490.

Wouldn't this only affect physical damage builds like Two Handed, Dual Wield and Bow? In other words, do magic based DPS benefit too?
