At what hour/timezone does Undaunted Pledges change?

Hi, so I'm curious at what hour Pledges resets and everything is considered a new day?
I did this calendar and for me everything works fine since it's my timezone and I usually go to sleep before midnight. But for other people this might be confusing. I'm mainly asking about NA PC server. I could do also one for EU players if anyone is interested and can provide me correct timezone xD
