I bought ESO PLUS and never received the 1500 Crowns. I created a ticket in-game a few days ago and it hasn't been resolved.

    Also I had access to the DLC and apparently I no longer have access to the DLC anymore. Reference number to my new ticket is
    160621-004801

    I was able to access the DLC by relogging but the crowns are still missing.

    I called xbox, got a refund and purchased the sub again and still didn't get my crowns. Where is customer support?
