Basically there are two ways to build a stam NB IMO. The balanced way and the gank way.

A decent balanced setup would be 5x Hundings, Night Mothers, Shield Breaker, Marksman, or Eternal Hunt. 1 Kena, 1 Bloodspawn, Robust Agility (Mix of Recovery and WD enchants to suit your preference). Maelstrom 2H and Bow/DW. If you dont have Monster Helms/Maelstrom Weapons you can sub in 2-3 pieces of Lekis, or combine some of the sets above. Make the majority of your gear Impen to be less squish. Ideal Race is Redguard. Other decent options Woodelf, Imperial, Khajiit, Orc.

The gank method would be all divines 5 alchemist (including back bar 2H), (2 Lekis, 3 Agility all WD) or (5pc Flank set), 1 Kena, and Maelstrom 2H or Bow on front bar. Ideal race is Wood Elf. 2nd is Khajiit

I'm assuming the gank build is for 1v1 flanking?

No, its built for camping a treasure chest in the sewers while they unlock the chest you;
1. cast Shadowy Disquise
2. pop your potion to activate clever alchemist,
3. heavy attack
4. canceled by surprise attack
5. light attack
6. cancel into executioner

Collect your tel var stones and wait for a few more solos to stumble by and get them before unlocking the chest yourself and relocating to a different treasure chest. Its more like fishing than actually fighting because they die before they get out of the lockpick screen.

Very viable, Stamina NB are 2nd best in PvP.

I have an Imperial NB, running 5 Hundings, 4 Night Mothers and 3 Agility. 5 Med - 1 Light - 1 Heavy, all Impenetrable. The "regular" gear setup for Stamina users. I use either a DW + 2H setup for maximum power or a S&B + 2H for a bit of extra defense.

You can substitute the Agility Jewelry, your weapons and Nightmother gear with Marksman: 5 Hundings, 5 Marksman and a Kena piece to make a powerful Bow build too. Works great for long ranged Focused Aims from stealth.
