I hear what you are saying but as a "mastercrafter" I feel under appreciated and often taken advantage of my skills.Knuckels1987 wrote: »yeah but still, takes a very longue time. they could shorten the research time. cause you dont find many mastercrafters willing to help for free if you give them aal the materials needed. i would at least give them 10 k for the effort.
but many r "golddiggers" ( if you know what i meen)

If I charged an actual market value, legendary pieces would be priced well over 100k.
Usually I come out on the short end when I craft for someone.

This is the reason I don't craft equipment as a profession or to make gold, it's just too much of a hassle to bother most of the time. I'll help out friends / guildies / people on the forums who seem polite enough, but only if they have the mats. My mats are for me and my characters.

i understand completly. i would do the same, but im still researching. But what i also would do is make some 9 trait sets( in white) and sell them in the guildstore. then people can buy it if they realy want that set. if i have enough materials for it.
thats to bad, im on xbox one NA. there r more crafters on pc than console.

You are right, takes about a year. I slacked a bit in the beginning.
It's an unwanted time sink. I get the idea of people who want progress to be apart of this system, but lets face it there is no skill involved in learning traits, it's just a straight up drain.
There is a reason why ZoS stopped adding new traits after nirnhoned. They knew the system was broken and that people would hate to spend another year learning a new trait on all gear slots.
So if your one of those people who like the current timers, be content that ZoS will never add a new armor or weapon trait because of it.
There is no need to shorten the research times, and you don't need to know 9 traits in everything to be able to make great gear.
Been running around every guild trader trying to find the final pieces I need. I have 2 items done researching in days and I wanna try to have something to replace it with since research time is now at 27 days. Anyone know the best place to go for guild traders?

that i understand. if they cant give the materials and wanting the set in epic or legendary, you should charge them for it. but like me, i am searching for a 5 piece 9 trait set. materials i have, but i will bring them to epic and legendary myself. so i just need them in white. but still they charge to much ( and that per piece)
