UI Bug or Bug or not Bug?

I bought some Jewelry, it had the Blocking Enchant on, I replaced it with a Stamina Recovery Enchantment.
The Information on the Jewelry says both Enchantments are on it, I'm not sure if this is a UI bug, an actual bug or intended? If theya re stacking it may be to do with one being a VR 16 Enchant and one being a VR 15 enchant.
Any ideas? Also if this is a bug, it would be really nice if it was fixed

✭✭✭could be just UI bug. try out combat without it and with it and track numbers, you see there maybe better0
