Why does DW give more HP than 2H???

This is baffling me. On my stamblade when I am on my front bar (DW) I have like 25K health, while on my bar bar (2H) I have 23K health...
Set pieces are not a factor here, the extra set bonus on my front bar is 2PC Lekis (Weap Dmg).
Am I just not reading a certain passive or something?
