I'm curious while running vet last night (haven't done normal) I was told the normal version drops the vet 16 sets jelwery nd all.....

I was under the impression the drops were similar to mol but they arent?

Anyone complete vet can say if you get different drops or is the title the only reason to complete it?

And a 1 time competition is all that is necessary to say you did it

different drops than MOL. Vicious ophidian, infallible aether, Yokeda, knightmare, dreugh king slayer, elegant, viper, skirmisher

But same drops in normal vs vet. the only difference is getting gold jewelry from completing Hardmode on last boss.

Bit more to it than that. The devs replied to a similar thread breaking it down...

In normal mode, you have an 80% chance to get the less desirable sets and 20% chance to get the more desirable ones (vicious ophidian, infallible aether {missing one?)...i.e. the ones that drop ''bound' vice 'bind on equip'). Where as in veteran mode it is the opposite, with a 80% chance to get the better sets and a 20% chance to get the less desired ones. I'm not sure if there is a difference in drop rate for jewelry outside of the actual set drop chances. And, as mentioned, you can get gold jewelry from Hard Mode.

Ahhhh gold jelwery nd when I meant same as mol I meant same ending i.e. gold jelwery

Thank you for your response as I'm after the vicious ophidian set and gold jewelry makes it worth it with infallible I could throw on another toon
