Annoying lag spikes on PVE all the time.. please help

I am having lag spikes and I found out that it's not only me, I found this video on youtube and I am having the same issue. my connection is good I never have problems with it and I am using GTX670 with 24gb RAM. no problems with other games just eso.
anyone have any idea how to fix this?

dennissomb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭same issue. Using decent PC with gtx 970 running medium settings, 130MB download 10MB upload internet. even when sitting in a solo quest dungeon my latency jumps from 80 up to as high as 999 ms and it does it constantly no matter the time of day0

leshpar✭✭✭I have the worst issues like this in Cyrodiil when I am in a large group. When I am solo its generally OK, and in normal PVE areas its generally ok for me (except in Orsinium), and I'm running a GTX 760 like the guy in the video.0 -

✭Might of helped if we could of seen your ping. Considering this is not networking issue, what CPU do you have? I have an R9 380 with FX 8320 at 4.2ghz and I never lag like this. Yeah I sometimes get this freezing or stuttering but typically when running fast, going into heavy zones, or playing for more than 2 hours.Master Debater0 -

It has been this way loooong before DB.

v_VendettA_v✭✭I have 60-80 ping never goes above 100 and I have mostly 60fps and goes down to 40 in action. CPU 3630QM 2.4/3.2 GHz and I am telling u it has NOTHING to do with pc hardware because my brother has alienware pc running SLI 960 and he is having the same issue.
and it wasn't like this before, maybe couple updates before DB. but surly this is a new issue and it wasn't always there.0 -
