I still love coming back to this city again and again. Out of all the cities on ESO it feels the most realistic because of the convoluted layout and walkways - the other cities mostly feel like neatly laid out buildings along a path.

Have you tried just leaping around the city's rooftops and seeing where you can get to? I mean, of course you have. Who hasn't?? I just feel bad for the downstairs neighbors, though. All that racket every time a thief tries to escape from a guard.

Yep, those rooftops have a real thieves highway feel to them :-)
