Runestone nodes disappearing

So i've come across 4 runestone nodes so far this morning and every one has disappeared when I pressed A on it. Any ideas about what's going on with this game now?

✭That has happened to me before. I believe what is happening is the node is really already farmed by another player , but the game did not update for you until you tried to pick it.Edited by Defilted on June 21, 2016 12:26PMXBOX NA

I actually had something like this as well, not just for runes but for all survey maps in Wrothgar. I would get to the place on the survey map in question where my rewards should have been, the map would disappear from my inventory, but there would be no wood/runes/black smithing supplies/alchemical reagents in the area. So ripped off...0
