Nothing effects blazing Shield except health and bastion.. It's either broken or poorly worded. There is also a cap on damage based on your health. So hitting 20 mobs vs 5 won't change the cap even though your shield is suppose to be bigger per enemy hit...which I still don't see either...Edited by vpadget9592b14_ESO on July 2, 2016 1:02AM0
