Not sure what the best way to report a bug like this is. This set loses it's 5th bonus in cyrodil really fast. Like I can get 1-2 minutes of the buff and then I noticed I'm doing significantly less damage. If I take off a piece and re-equip I will get the damage back for a short while. But it takes longer to leave combat and re-equip a piece than the actual buff seems to last.
I tested this set in Wrothgar and didn't seem to have any issues. I used it in a dungeon though and by the end it had lost it's bonus. I was using this set on a magicka DK with a lightning staff.

Toast_STS✭✭✭✭Too bad it's bugged. This set kicks ass. I can't parse all the numbers here but it looks like one heavy attack does about 80k..
