What to do with old gear from vet 1 to vet 14

Hi everyone!
I have a lot of gear sets from doing Caldwell silver and Caldwell gold that I used to lvl up my alts with.
Sets like Necropotence, martial knowledge, etc.
Now, with the changes and every char jumping from lvl 50 to max lvl, all that has become obsolete.
Do you think that with tamriel unlimited those sets will scale up to our current level?
Or even if they do, we'll have to farm them again?
Basically asking if there's any point in hanging on to the sets

✭No point in hanging on to gear VR1-VR12 once you are 130+ Champion Points except for sentimental reasons. I have sold or deconstructed it all. I have kept a few VR13-14 sets that haven't been updated yet but probably won't use them.PUG Life - the true test of your skill

Haven't found it a problem. Very little dif in armour value anyway, sitting at 21k health with pets out atm as well. I basically swapped Baharas for necropotence, and all I've noticed is lot more magicka, tad less health (Baharas gave extra 1k)PC EU

If you have over 160 CPs there's no point since you'll be able to wear CP160 gear immediately after lvl 491 -

✭You can officially take solace in the idea that deconstructing or selling that gear will not come back to bite you later. Even in the event that those sets are revived, their CP 10-140 versions remain unimportant.
