(Not sure if it's console only) You may as well RP-walk through cities because of how long it takes for NPCs, players and textures to load now in this Dark Brotherhood patch. Seriously, if you ride/run too quickly, you'll get a loading screen -- what's going on? I wonder if this is even acknowledged? because it's been like this every single day since the DB patch and at first, I thought "Okay, it'll get better..." well, I was wrong. It's like this even at 4am
