don't care about the healing from it just need the 30% increased healing taken. could be 0 healing and i would still use it1 -

We have a champion star and gear providing healing taken bonuses, we have a champion star for increasing healing effectiveness. Throw all this on a Templar and it can get silly.
Needs to toned down some in my opinion.
Just to add.. the problems will only increase when CP caps are raised.
More damage out there, mad heal builds to compensate.
I think perhaps the heal bots compensate for other balance issues that are not going to improve as we progress our character past Champion 160 and 501 cap.

yeah exactly i was going for a more dual role in light armor between healing damage and damage mitigation but why would i do this now with all the poisons and incoming silly damage. ofc anybody can build for damage mitigation and the skill ceiling for a healbot is low but i like to think the skill is in my positioning and situational awarness. but just look at the time i want to save the retreat and reattack of my group i just walk in the middle of 15+ enemies and tank their focus with ease while they get clumbed up for an easy kill0 -

Don't get me wrong, didn't mean to derail the thread was just thinking out loud.
Enjoyed the video and I'm not knocking your skill and decisions, I make similar ones my heals bots scrub lvl.
Templar is essentially a pvp tank and you're right, a lot comes down to awareness and timing.
