I am thinking that perhaps the internet is down for the ZOS offices or something, The Bethesda Forums (http://forums.bethsoft.com/forum/26-the-elder-scrolls-series-discussion/) have a Discussion area for "The Elder Scrolls Series". I posted over there to see if we could get an update or "communication" to acknowledge that that the developers know we are having issues and the game is almost unplayable. The support ticket responses seem "canned" or automated", so I thought this was the best approach since we are in the dark here.

Be glad you got any sort of response. There have been several game-breaking bugs in the last week or so, and of all the people in my guilds that have reported them - not a single person received a reply to any of the bug reports. So draw your own conclusions.
This last patch was a huge disappointment. Fix broken trials? Fix client crashes? Fix sound issues? Fix broken group finder? Fix broken abilities? Stop rampant cheating? Nope. But hey, they fixed "Weapon effects such as Molten Armaments will no longer appear incorrectly on certain weapons after weapon swapping". It would actually be funny if it weren't so sad.
