They are just very loud on russian forums and produce only popcorn then refuse to take part in any gvg events against good enemies.
If you want a really good pvp guild I would say search for non-russian (on DC side). AD have a lot of strong PVP guilds including 2 which will understand and speak russian. That is hilarious, profanity being prohibited in a game that's rated M (meaning 18+). UF, Zerg Squad, Lux Dei, Drukkarg and Rawr (last two are exactly russian guilds but mostly small or medium scale). I would say Ronins also have decent players like Ena etc.
