But hey i suppose according to your logic no one should of said anything and the bugs should of just stayed in place, people should ignore the 15k heal proc's its giving off? The more i read your comments the more i'm convinced your a malubeth heal bot templar.

Back on track:
Isn't it obvious that Malubeth is working as intended and absolutely non-exploitable set?

Scourge Harvester: Fixed an issue where the heal from this item set’s proc was being reduced by Battle Spirit; healing based on damage done will no longer be double-penalized by Battle Spirit."
This line is part of the PTS 2.4.0 patch and somewhat made my jaws drop.
Anyone into small scale PvP already knows about the power malubeth has with its 30% healing buff, which is basically up 100% off the time in outnumbered situations/ when being hit with fast attacks or a few DoTs (primarily flurry).
Now they buffed the healing the set does on top of that, even though the set would even be perfectly viable without it.
However, this is just where the fun starts. Just take a look at this screenshot:
Note, it was lucky i was able to get a screenshot off this happening, it seems very hard to reproduce, but in actual combat szenarios i had this happen quite frequently.
obviously, this is especially annyoing when the malubeth user is just about to get killed only to get saved by the bugged procc.
Edit: trying to figure out how attaching screenshots works after i already made multiple threads with it working ...
To summarize it, it showed a 0:04 secs combat log with malubeth healing myself for 10k HPs.

I guess this will have to do.
