As a company you should consider as a matter of urgency changing your communication policy. At present the lack of information about or even acknowledgment of serious concerns regarding gameplay across platforms does you no favours.

Even if it was just to let people know you are aware of things it would go some way to ameliorate the frustration felt & expressed.

I would also think long & hard about whomever you have providing your PR as there are people on these forums who could do a better job.

Done politely as do love this game but really getting annoyed now. And it does seem to be a major issue beneath most of the rants/discussions posted on here.
