Wow the state of the game is that bad on consoles, eh?
I used to have some heavy complaints... But nowadays, performance on PC has been amazing.
The irony to this is most of the bugs seem to be pvp related. Something that has been buggy for years. It does not effect me since i do not pvp but i could see where it grows annoying.
Is this issue exclusive to Xbone?

Quite serious, here's Matt's E3 announcement from earlier this week.EstelioVeleth wrote: »HoloYoitsu wrote: »ZOS's fix for the issue is waiting for you to quit the game. As Matt said they're concerned with catering to the people who play for 2-3 weeks then quit until the next DLC.
Are you serious? They actually said that they care to appeal only to casual players? Until the next dlcs? And people still try to defend it when we say ZOS is only in about the money.
Matt Firor wrote:You don’t see a hardcore playstyle - like playing for six months and then quitting - we don’t see that. We have a lot of players who will play for two or three weeks because they want to get through a zone and then stop. Then they come back two months later for another month, because there’s no pressure to play all of it at once.
Our DLC packs cater to that, because they’re smaller, bite-size chunks of story and associated quests."

@MaxwellCrystal
I have seen/heard very little of this on the PC side...
In fact, I was very pleased with performance.

LOL, ya, they can "communicate" a response to something planned 3-4 months out, but not have any "communication" about issues making the game unplayable currently....
