DLC Help!

Hey,
I've just got the ESO Plus so I can try the DLC's. I've played Imperial City and Orsinium and there seems to be veteran (or what used to be) level. I'm only level 32. Does this mean I'm way too low to play the DLC's?

✭No. You will get temporarily leveled up to an appropriate level for you to play the DLC if you are lower than the level the DLC expects that you are.0 -

✭✭✭you will get battle-leveled. both TG and DB are equally good. in story, graphics, quests, etc..0
