Yup, have to agree with the PTS criticism of Incapacitating Strikes. It is indeed a bit OP. Powerful burst and cheap cost. Can almost use it as a spammable.

And before people chime in with their learn to play BS, I am making this statement both as a stam NB who has used it on others, and as someone who has had it used on me.

It basically seems as tho ZOS took a look at stamina and said "well, pendulum swung in favor of magicka last patch, let's make stam OP this patch". Then by unanimous vote "well, we can't have all stam performing well without NBs outshining others in PvP. Let's go ahead and make this one skill absolutely ridiculous. [Makes adjustments to skill so that it looks comparatively powerful, then adds a stun and major defile] Yup, that should just about keep our (because all ZOS employees main them) NBs at the top of the food-chain.

It's not too deadly when an average player uses it.

When a strong player gets a hold of it (on their powerful build) I have seen
Ambush ---> Incap Strike ---> Dead

I don't really play a high level Stam NB so I cannot really talk about its balance, but chances are it needs to be toned down.

It's all about set bonuses and upping your weapons quality.

If you make anything on your character legendary quality, the weapons are where you should focus.

Don't forget to use Major Brutality and even Fighter's Guild abilities for increased Weapon Damage!

2K weapon damage is not tough to hit. You just need to focus on stacking it. This means armor AND jewelry, plus V16 Blue/Purple/Gold gear. Hope this helped

I'm saying an average player does not build their character in the correct way to achieve very high damage potential.

If you read the parentheses, you'd have noticed I mentioned strong players with strong builds pulling off
Ambush ---> Incap Strike ---> Dead because they put out massive damage.

Average players can literally click the buttons, yes, but it won't kill anyone just like that.

Incap strike is indeed a very strong ultimate. One of the few ultimates in the game that can be; passively dodged, dodge rolled and blocked.

If it lands it does a decent amount of damage against players with no mitigation, sure. Playing against anyone with decent mitigation and combat awareness it's near worthless. Find myself slotting DB over Incap the majority of the time.
