Can't log in, new PC password resets not working.

Seriously i have just bought a new PC and am trying to log in, but even though i have reset my password a dozen times i still get the message unknown userID or password. Can a GM Maybe send me a message and help me out, it i beyond frustrating at this point.....

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure you're using the game login info and not the forum login info. Also, if using a new keyboard make sure it's fully operational with its drivers installed and that you don't have e.g. the caps lock on!0
