I can't invite people to groups and can't have crown passed to me on 1 specific character

So I know how to use the grouping tool. But I have 1 of my 6 characters that I can't invite people to a group with and if someone invites me to a group they are unable to give me crown. Again, this is only affecting 1 of my characters, 1 out of 6 of my characters.

    You are most probably set to Offline status.

    I don't see anything that says I'm offline. In the guild roster it shows me as online. When I go to my friends list it shows my status as online too
