Drop rates in delves reduced?

Probably a repeat but I haven't found any info. Did they reduce all drops for bosses or are people just putting too much damage and killing bosses before I can get enough hits in order to get a drop? I managed to get on motif at least....

    Use indirect AOE to tag things, Arrow Spray works pretty well at this. I do this at Dolmens when there's someone there killing things in one shot, you just need to hit them as they come up to get credit.

    Something is off but it may just be that too many players are hitting a target.

    My suggestion to ZOS is that if anyone hits a target they get loot and not base it on who did the most dmg.
    This suggestion is for everything.

    Lately at TG and now on DB in the DLC only it's often that I see no loot at all in delves and this is whether I'm solo or with others. Boss or trash NPCs which is odd.

    I've noticed a significant nerf to drop rates on the NA PC since the last patch for any motif drops from bosses or whatever in DB. I used to be able to get 1 motif in every 5 or so kills, but now I am waiting an hour or more which is about 20+ kills.
    Far too many characters to list any more.

    I have had about one drop every five boss kills in the Dark Brotherhood delves. The developers don't seem to care, just replying that world bosses (and they include delve bosses) loot drops are completely random and that you are not guaranteed any loot.

    It is probably due to the insane amount of lag happening due to so many people attacking the boss.

    Im sitting at 1 motif an hour... I was in DB delve and everyone got stuff except me. They felt bad and sold me some for cheap!!!!

    Oh thanks, I was so confused at to what was going on. I just see players sitting in the same place waiting for a boss to spawn and when doing a quest I get nothing. But I was getting the achievement that I killed said boss.

    Technically you only get loot and xp if you do enough damage to be considered a part of the enemy's demise whether than just getting a few hits in. I agree though: too easy to miss out and/or get your kills stolen with the current system. On the other hand though needing to get in just 1 hit to get full credit would make it ripe for abuse by lazy bums that just zap it once and hit the benches for the rest of the fight while others do all the work.
