Crafting Writs

I would like to see some modification to the Writ system. It needs to be modified so that we can craft a Writ at any level up the highest crafting level...ie; Orichalcum being the highest level, but also able to craft in Steel and Iron as well. Furthermore we should be able to drop off any Writ crafted materials at any Consortium collector. Aren't they all working for the same Consortium? The Writ idea is a good one and adds an additional element to the games crafting, but it needs to be updated so as to be more player friendly.

I think the goal of limiting where you could turn in a writ was to tie it to your character's level. But at this point that no longer makes much sense, and One Tamriel takes that even farther.

It would be nice if ZOS would SAY something about this, either to tell us why they limit it or to tell us that limit is going away.

Another one of these threads, except even more complained about. If materials are your concern then do Rank 10 Writs that require you make anywhere between 3-5 items depending on the writ, usually 3.
